First Music Contact presents

Seminars at Dean Arts Studios

We have expanded our professional development series to ‘in-real-life’ activity in our current home at The Dean Arts Studio with free, once-a-month professional development workshops.

The Seminars at Dean Arts Studio series are professional development workshops for musicians and those working with artists to help develop their careers. We also use Seminars at Dean Arts Studio to offer a platform to other organisations in the Irish music community.

This free-to-attend series of panels has included hosts such as AIM Ireland, Minding Creative Minds, SelfMade, TikTok and MPAI - all initiatives, panel discussions and network opportunities we are proud to support and amplify, centring around panel discussions and network opportunities. FMC looks forward to facilitating these conversations.

For the next in the series, First Music Contact are delighted to partner with our neighbours Slight Motif for a panel discussion on how artists and their teams can build multi-stream income.

So many independent artists and collectives rely on generating funds across a variety of streams in order to sustain their music careers. As part of this series of professional development seminars for musicians and their teams, Slight Motif presents a panel discussion diving right into this topic from multiple perspectives.

Bounce, the P.R.O. (Slight Motif) will be joined by a panel of artists including Alicia Raye, Celaviedmai and Salamay to share their experiences and insights on the topic.

Join us on Wednesday 24th of April at 6.30pm in The Dean Arts Studio. Register now at the link below.

Pre-registration for these events is essential, as capacity is limited.

Seating is also provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive early.
